Hair sheds. Dissatisfied

the hair I bought from you. The 26” malasian curls(worn 5times) and the 14” double drawn straight ( worn twice) . The frontal lace closures are already finished, hair is falling. I bought these hairs in a space of a year, bought the curls August last year, bought the double drawn in December.
