Disappointed, Very poor customer service

Disappointed, I'm also mad I only now read the bad reviews. I was blinded by all the GREAT reviews that might actually be cooked because WTH. The hair had an interesting colour however it was most definitely not worth R3150. It had too many fly aways, wasn't even layered and it wasn't thick but that's not my biggest issue. My problem is with the customer service, I sent back the original hair I bought and topped up for the exchange and courier even the new hair I wanted now wasn't available so there I was being understanding and took the shorter length. The owner tried to give me products instead of my money back and I refused. We agreed he would send back my money but now he's moving funny and being weird.
