Bundles not the same weight the company claim to be

I bought 3 bundles of 18 inch deep curly hair from them.When I received the items I saw that the bundles were very small so I weigh them.It was approximately between 66 and 68 g each bundle.I contacted them and ask how much their bundles weigh the response was 270g.So I send them the pic I took of the one bundle weighing 66g.They said I must put the 3 bundles in a plastic bag and put it on the scale so they can see for themselves.So I did.The bundles weigh 209g and I send the pic to them.They didnt respond.I send them a email 2 days later and ask them why they dont respond.I send them the evidence that the bundles weigh 209g instead of 270g as they claim.Which mean they owe my another bundle.Until today no response from them.I buy hair for years from Alibaba and Aliexpress.I know a bundle weigh 100g unless a company states on their website its 50g.Never again will I buy from Shara Hair again.
