your service is very poor

I settled my Wonga account with them on agreed date and sent the proof of payment. But still until today when I call for them to provide a paid up letter and remove my name on the bureau. They are quick to harass you when Their collecting . the also gave me a 30% discount if i pay in 2 months but in my surprise the discount amount has been sold to nimble group attorneys and they are demanding it.
