Yawning Voicemails

Extremely poor communication. I received a voice mail at around 7.30am, the african dude is trying to talk so fast it comes out as gibberish and you cannot make out what he is saying. On top of that he yawns for about 10 seconds in the voicemail and after that he hangs up, like I totally needed to hear that. I guess that's the kind of service you get from a company like this in South Africa.
