wrongly addressed email

This people sends me emails that is not in my name completely and the letter is not on my address . but how do I know if this is my account. they do not reply and comply when I send them a email to correct this matter.<br> What makes me even more unsure about the account is the amount that is not right according to me and the keep charging for this letters. They are totally being unfair and one-sided. I request statements that is clear for me to understand but never I have received any.
