wrong account

I have a account with SSDA which i am paying every month i never really get correspondence for my own account with them as a pay it monthly, however i am bombarded with sms's and calls from them regarding a Melissa T Buys whom i no longer have contact with as she has permently moved to Dubai. Its regarding her FNB account im not even with Fnb. i keep telling the agents remove my number but it falls on deaf ears. can this please be done urgently
