Worst service in the world

You guys are taking action against me on behalf of Cell C. I have sent through the proof of payment 100 times as my payments are not reflecting on your statement. Your referred me back to Cell C. So you phone me again this morning claiming you are taking action for the same amount. Can you people not check and get your facts straight before actually taking action against someone. Pathetic is the least I can say. Maybe you should hire some competent staff that actually resolve issues and not just shift the blame to the next person. I will only communicate via email so I have proof of the lies you spin me....
