Worst service I have ever received!

I wish I could give - 5 stars!

SSDA - is the most useless ill-equipped company that I have ever had the misfortune of needing to do business with.

I have been phoning SSDA for more than a month to change my debit order date and each time I phone in I am told that it had not been changed but they will change it now on the call, I have to waste my minutes every time listening to their debit order mandate and excuses whilst nothing is being done.

I phoned in again this morning to confirm that it had been changed just to hear the same story that it had not been changed but unfortunately they can't change is at the debit order had been locked in for tomorrow. When asked who I could complain to the useless person on the other line gave me a number for a complaints department that is not even relevant to SSDA.

So not only can't you make any changes you can't even complain about the ********** service you have received because no one is capable of even getting that right.

This is totally disgusting!

God help you if you ever need help from SSDA because they sure can't!
