Worst service from *********** attorney’s !

I was contacted by Shapiro Shaik and Defries and Associates regarding an Edgars account that was in arrears. At first everything seemed fine, they requested a payment, and offered me a discount if i settled the account. The amount was repeated 3 times by the lady working for SSDA. I made sure that it was the FULL AND FINAL payment and my account would be paid up. Tge next day i made the payment of the requested amount, i sent them proof of payment. They responded by confirming my payment, and told me my PAID UP letter would be issued in 21 days. Only a week later, the phone calls started …. The discounted amount was incorrect , i still owe an amount on my account ect. Unbelievable! The most *********** bunch of people! How can attorney’s be this bad?
