Worst service ever

This company did not debit my account as agreed and is now forcing me to pay the agreed amounts plus their ridiculous interest late payment.

I would understand if there were debit order attempts.

Their agents are unwilling to help and will not hesitate to hung up on my calls. I was promised a team leader last week.

I’m now being forced to pay more because they failed to debit my account
