Worst Service ever

Worst service I have ever received.

When you phone them, they say sorry you cannot speak to manager because they are busy and have job, so you cannot hold or speak to them. Consultant said - " I will put you on hold for the whole day"

They can phone me whenever they want but when you phone them, they are nowhere to be found. Been phoning them for 5 days straight. When phoning 22 times is one day without any answer, I have to say - you have great Service delivery.

When speaking to the manager, instead of listening to my complaint - she tried to explain how they work, I know how they work, I think the manager does not know what is going on in her own company.

Being rude to Customers will get you no JOY!
