Worst service

What is it going to take for you guys to do your job properly? Is that what you call professionalism? Am i not worthy of good customer care? I'm really disappointed and irritated with your service, I've paid up my account yet im still receiving calls from itc that i have outstanding balances, why did you agree on doing a job that you clearly failing at? Worst part you dont even reply your emails or calls just to reassure your clients... I need my paid up letter and my name removed from itc, please do your job why does a person have to run after you like this?
