Worst experience ever.

I am very appalled at the service your company provides. You're operating on a license which has rules and laws for you to operate by but your team does not do that. Your agents are forever lying on these calls and so does your automated messages from your info email. No one ever calls back but when you want us to pay the money, you don't mind calling every day.

I would like to warn you about the laws in which you are to operate by. Kindly make sure you adhere by them, failure to do so will put your company into disrepute. We urge and cry out to you to contribute positively towards this rainbow nation, if you pay attention to reviews left here, it is quiet clear that you're having a problem with that.

We will eagerly be waiting for you to honor all promises you've made on your 'recorded phone calls for our security' together with our settlement letters.

The legal action you threaten us by when accounts are outstanding can lead back to you when you lie and misuse your authority.
