paid up my account in October 2021 but you are refusing to give me a paid up letter. And now im getting calls from different attorneys because Mtn handed my account over. Your call centre agents are rude and very unprofessional. They keep promising to send it to me but i don't get anything from them and coming up with different stories every time when I call
