Worst experience!

This is one of the worst companies to deal with, I have been trying to contact them for over a month to rectify/explain an error made on my Netcare account and firstly, the call center does not work as everytime i called (+10 times) and they transfer me to the netcare department, nothing happens, I have told 5 consultants the same story over the past month and left my number and ID for a call back from Netcare as well as on the website but to date no one has bothered calling me, I have even paid up the account and am trying to get hold of them but nothing. I have left over 5 emails to no response. The only option left is to go to the debt council as they have now raised a default on my name.
