WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>"The amount owed needs to be settled with the attorneys and once done they will confirm with Discovery that the payment has been made so you can be delisted from ITC should you require a paid up letter this can be requested from the attorneys."</p> <p> </p> <p>So I pay an outstanding account that was only brought to my attention after 3 years. I phone the debt collectors for Discovery Health which is Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates. After they mention to me that the paid up letter will be issued after 21 days, I pleaded some assistance as I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. The call centre Manager, Daniel then explains to me that due to their internal processes they can not assist me what so ever. He then transfers me to the call centre agent, Shalyn, that assisted me when i requested the banking details and settlemet amount. Shalyn then puts me on hold, starts rambeling off about what was said and what was not said and when I try and explain myself she puts me on hold. </p> <p>In my life I have never been treated so badly. </p> <p>Well done to the staff at Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates</p>

Please be advised that your payment was made only on the 12th of April 2017 , the handover was in February 2017 and we have not made a pay-over to our client. Once we have made a pay-over to the our client then we will furnish you with the paid up letter however we suggested to confirm in writing that your account is settled thus offer you your updated statement reflecting a nil balance in the interim.
