Worst company ever

I've been paying an account with them for Discovery Health since September 2019. The outstanding amount was R 6800.58. I've paid R 5400.00 and I still owe them R 7386.38 after 4 years of paying. They charge unnecessary fees and exorbitant interest. They are not prepared to write off any fees or interest. At this rate, I'll still be paying them from my grave. It is ridiculous
