Worst company

This is the worst company ever to deal with. Cellc handed my account over to them and I settled my account. I requested them to update cellc that I have paid up the account but still.This debt is still appearing on my credit score and it’s affecting my credit score. I wish I never paid at all cause woow what is this? Poor service delivery.
