Worst collection company ever!!!!!

Can I please have my settlement letter and stop telling me that you waiting for Cell C to update my payments.I have Sent SSDA multiple proof of payments on their email...and WhatsApp number.What happened to sending me the Settlement letter within 21 days of settling my account......?huh..i want to apply for a study loan to study nursing next year, I can't do that because of You.
