What happened to you ethics

Pathetic service from SSDA. I had a historic debt of R1500 and I agreed to settle the TFG account in May 2024. In June they went and debit the same amount for the 2nd time. When I call them I was told to wait for 41 days, and after 41 their phones are not going through. Even today my heart is still painful cause I was ****** my last money since I am working
