Waste of time

Mtn has handed me over beacuse they did not cancell my contract since 4th of November 2022. I have spoken to 6 consultants from Shapiro and no one is putting notes on the system or trying to solve this matter. I have sent mails and handled all the calls and this is still on my name. This is now on my credit score and im listed as a bad payer!
