Waiting 2 months for someone to amend my name on a settlement letter
I settled an account on the 26th of November 2021. After Battles with them I finally got a settlement letter. The names were incorrect I sent it back. Dealt with Ellen Tebeila very ***********, now it's Mamosebetsi Josephine Motaung. Honestly how does it take your pathetic people to just amend names. I mean how can one wait a whole 2 months for a damn letter. I am going to take a day off and come to your office. I am gatvol of your pathetic service. You ******
