Very unhappy

I am very disgusted with this people. They nag you when you are handed to them for non payment bt when you lay they take for ever to sent you a settlement.

I have settled the account on the 17 dec 2019 already they advised it will take 40 working days to receive my settlement and update my itc report.. It is now more than 40 days cos pn the 18 feb 2020 the 40days was completed.

When you call this 019 number every1 just say i will receive it friday!!!.. When i ask for management it goes dead after the music.

This people needs to be dealt with cos they think they know what they doing which obviously they dont
