Very much unhappy,,,,never ever buying stuff from MTN

Am really not happy with your services really,,,,my mtn account has been handed over to you people, since you been debiting my account but there is no update on my credit score report,,,it still shows the same amount that you took it over on yet you debit my account every month and is the adverse listing not supposed to be removed once everything is put into plan with you people?…… please sort this out or else i will have to take it up with the ombudsman because it is ruining my credit record,i can’t even apply for credit because of it….not to speak of your phones, they do not work, you will be made to keep on holding and be told you are next on the line but before you know it, the line gets cut off.
