Very Bad Service

This company I cannot even find the words to describe them. I paid my debt in full. They said my clearance letter will be available after 21 days. We are well past that date. I have sent more emails than I can count, and included their manager . A consultant by the name of Gugu responded once to me and I have never heard from her ever since. They do not have the decency to respond to you at all. They do not understand the impact of their action on us as consumers trying to do the right thing
