UUUURGH!

I am so frustrated I could scream... once a week I get a call from Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates and they are looking for some or other person. Every time I inform them there is no one here by that name and that they need to remove my number since I have owned this number for the past 18 years they don't even respond and just drop the call<br> <br> This week the call was not on private number and when I returned the call to speak to manager I was informed that they will not transfer me to a manager and the call after was dropped when I requested a manager.<br> <br> I am sick and tired and investigating to report them to the Provincial Consumer Affairs Offices... I AM MAKING USE OF THE CUSTOMER PROTECTION ACT AS OF NOW!!!!!!
