Useless consultants

Last year I received a letter stating that I need to pay ex amount with regards to my Discovery account. When they phoned me I agreed that I am aware and willing to pay a certain amount every month. I have been doing just that but they phone me frequently and then bill me for these call however I have asked them to please send me a debit order instruction to complete as I am not willing to disclose my banking details over the phone. <br> <br> Weeks have passed and nothing yet, instead they send me letters of demand on my e-mail and charge me another R19.38 for each and keep on sending these notices.<br> <br> HOW MANY TIMES DOES A PERSON HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO THE CONSULTANT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS? <br> <br> If the consultant made is notes on the system I would not accrue these extra charges, be able to pay it off sooner and they would not even have to harass me because the debit order will be place and consistent.<br>
