I have been contacted over 20 times over the last year and a half by Shapiro Shaik Defries about my outstanding MTN account! From day one i have asked for them to send me the details of the account because i have never in my life had an MTN account! Call centre agent promises to send details and nothing happens! a month later they phone me again! same story! i have spoken to managers and escalated my issue, still nothing happens and then today, they contact me again about my outstanding account!
Catch a wake up, you are wasting my time!
