They are honestly one of the worst companies ever. Lawyers? No, lawyers should surely have more brain cells. Case CMQ***1 has been resolved, but to this day, I keep receiving daily invoices stating that my father's Cell C account is unpaid. My father passed away last year, and he is not here to address this issue. It was sorted out with Cell C, yet the *********** "lawyers" won't stop emailing me. The death certificate was sent, and you said everything was resolved! Think, please!

I expect immediate confirmation that all communications have ceased and that this issue is permanently resolved. Further contact on this matter will be treated as harassment and escalated accordingly.
