UNSATISFACTORY, REVOLTING SERVICE OF Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates

I'm very disappointed with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates services, from the consultants to the supervisors. I received a call in November 2018 from Samukelisiwe offering me a discount for my FNB account that was handed over to them. I then took money from my saving to make payment on the 30 November of R1650. I sent her an email to acknowledge the receipt, she never got back to me. I called the call center a number of times requesting for a paid up letter, I was advised that I will receive the letter in 21 working days

In February I called again requesting for a paid up letter, the agents would keep me on hold for long period of time then tell me some one will call me the following day. This has happened a number of times. In odd days some one would call and tell me that I have an outstanding amount. I would ask them to refer to the notes and they would just hang up.

This is becoming really frustrating. For one I didn't phone to ask for a discount, they called me, and i was Thankful and relieved to find out that I can make this last payment of R1650 and close this Loan chapter in my credit score.

No one has called to resolve this issue No one has called to explain whats going on I haven't received a paid up letter only emails demanding the outstanding balance!!!!

I am writing this because I am tired dealing with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates disappointing service and hoping that this matter shall be resolved soon.
