Unprofessional services

I paid up my account in 2022. I have emails from Shapiro Shaik Defries consultants confirming my paid-up account, and I had to wait 21 days for the paid-up letter. It's now 2025, I still haven't received my paid-up letter, and now I have another random company calling me to say I owe them money for the client. The consultants rep**** to my email, saying my account is closed and has been handed back to the client. I think this company is so unprofessional, and they take NO accountability for their actions. Yet, they took my money and, years later, no letter. I'm shocked at the service and extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
