unprofessional and Rude
The African ladies are rude and unprofessional, when you ask for details about your account they say "we are the ones doing the talking and you need to shut up and listen"***?? then they inform you that you will be charged for the call they make to you and the longer YOU waste THEIR time the more you will be charged! and drops the phone! real nice!!
