Unpaid Salary

Im extremely disappointed in my experience with iContact BPO. After leaving the company, I've been waiting for my final paycheck, which still hasn't been processed. The reason given was that I didn't serve a notice period, but this is not mentioned anywhere in my contract. It seems like they're trying to deduct the entire salary, which I believe is unfair and possibly ********. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the communication has been nonexistent. The lack of professionalism and disregard for employees' rights is concerning. I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this company....
