********l ITC listing
September 2017 I noticed a listing by a company called Shapiro Sheik on my ITC report. When I contacted them they said it was for an Fashion express account, however the account is no longer with them and they have not listed me on ITC.
I logged a dispute with the relevant credit bureau and the listing was removed. The same account was listed again May 2018. I contacted you again and the listing was removed. This account has again been listed October 2018 and to date you are still investigating why it is listed since you have updated it 28 May 2018. I have been sending several emails since 29 October 2018 and the person responding Daniel Molefe does not seems to know what he is doing. If i do not get feedback by end of business 28/11/2018 i will take this matter further. As you are clearly not interested in resolving this.

In response to the below , we can confirm that this matter was resolved with CDS and the bureaus. We had a bit of a difficult time with one Bureau and we had to manually request a delist instead of following the normal process. We then notified you that the listing was updated and that your credit report has been rehabilitated.
