********l deduction from my account and not paying my refund
Good day
I was having an mtn account which was handed over to them and l settled the account on the 23rd of june only for the company to debit my account ********ly.l have been waiting for my refund for over a week now only to be told my query is referred to the ghost finance department as you can not speak to a person who works in that division.l want my refund please
