UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Good day, I have been sending emails with no help,my cell c account has been handed over to your offices,and there is no help,even when i call to speak to the operation manager no one assist.I have been asking for settlement discounts with no luck....how come a 3 years account without been paid have no discount.

I have been unemployed for 4 years,and tried to gather R1350.00 to settle my account.But your so called agents they not even willing to accept my offer.

CAN THE OPERATIONAL MANAGER CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS THIS UNPROFESSIONALISM OF HIS/HER EMPLOYEES WHO ARE EVEN RUDE.
