Unexplained Account Balance Changes

I am very disappointed with Shapiro Shaik defries & associates due to an unexplained discrepancy in my account balance.

On 21 Nov I was informed that my balance was R599. On the 28th, I made a payment of R100, which should have reduced my balance accordingly. However, when I followed up, I was told my balance was R566. This does not add up, and despite having my statements, I have not received a proper explanation.

I expect a clear breakdown of my balance and a resolution to this issue. Customers should not have to struggle to get accurate information about their own accounts.

I hope Shapiro Shaik defries&associates takes this matter seriously and provides a response soon.
