Unexceptable, unprofessional and now in violation of the popi act

I was contacted the first time by them in February of 2025, they notified me that I have an outstanding amount with Discovery that I paid. Since themln they keep calling me, I kept explaining that I already paid the amount and sent the Pop to the email they provided. Since then I moved out of country and now they are calling my mom. How on earth they found her number is beyond me but it's clearly a violation of the popi act as my mom has NO connection with them. I eventually got a hold of them and they sent me 2 email verifications that my account with them has been closed but still they continued calling my mom. I sent out emails again explaining to them that the cellphone number that they are trying to reach is not available and that they should stop harassing my mom. I've received no feedback as of yet. This is extremely unprofessional and poor!!!
