Uneducated staff terrible

Contacted by a very rude person who could not speak English correctly and the email was written so badly I wonder if he is dedicated. He did not listen to what was said. He asked for my ID number and I was to prove who I was am and that he had the incorrect information supp**** to him from Edgars . It's people like him that put others in bed credit ratings . Terrible service .
