SSDA is a bunch of idiots that does not understand ANY logic and the one is ruder than the other. My mother has DEMENTIA and I transferred her decoder to my name in November HENCE I have been paying for it since November and now her name has been handed to these ****s... the more I explain the more they just state that I AM RUDE! Oh my goodness no please these people should go for training ASAP!!! Prob paying uneducated people peanuts to sit behind a phone... I WILL NOT BE PAYING A "DEFUALT" ACCOUNT becasue is non existant...
