Unacceptable and *********** Serice. I need a Paid up letter and bureau update

I settled my Wonga account with them on agreed date and sent the proof of payment. But still until today when I call for them to provide a paid up letter and remove my name on the bureau. They are quick to harass you when collecting, but when you pay they don't bother. I'm sent from pillar to post and told they will send it for drafting. This is not fair treatment and time consuming too. This is such an inconvenience and concerning behavior from them
