Unable to locate account or disclose settlement amount.

My MTN Cellphone contract account was handed over this company and after numerous attempts and calls they are telling me they cannot find my details on their system. Their whatsapp bot is broken and their call centre is useless. I cannot understand why they would not want to help me pay my debt. I have sent emails and even today have tried to call several times and no one has answered the phone or called me back. I need to find out how much I owe so I can make payment and by the looks of it and over the other 150+ plus reviews then fight for a settlement letter for God knows how long.
