*****uent collection attempts

I keep receiving calls an overdue Cell C account. Thing is, I have never had a Cell C account... Whenever I press the caller about details of this overdue account (as in when it was handed over or any other details), they hang up. This is clearly ***** and I will look into ways of reporting them to a regulator.
