****ty service and no paid up letters even after 21 days!

Terrible terrible experience with these people! Accounts were handed over to them. I've paid them up and requesting a paid up letter and they are giving me a run around. From one problem to another. Spoke to a consultant name Creselda and she has not assisted in any way. I paid on time. Sent proof of payment and all I'm getting is ****ty service!! If i am not contacted and this is sorted out I will continue to post reviews and I will post all over! I am not going to let it rest!
