Trust me, don’t bother paying these people.

Paid off my account last year October, was promised that I will get clearance certificate, been calling every day to get them to send clearance letter, from my first payment they have been updating the credit beuro, but now that I’ve made the last payment they don’t care to update the credit beuro, the last consultant I spoke to laughed and didn’t want to give me his name, said I’m answering my self and told me straight that he is hanging up. For anyone reading this, don’t bother paying these people because it won’t help clearing your name, they have the worst customer service ever, pathetic really!
