Trace alert - Unhelpful Contact Center
Good Day
I noticed a Trace Alert on my Transunion and CPB credit report which is false and should never have been placed there.
Upon contacting SSDA it was found that the account was prescribed a while ago according to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, section 10 (1). Of which the account should not have affected my credit profile.
I am now attempting to have a Trace Alert removed that your company placed on my record.
I have contacted your call center numerous times and requested a manager or supervisor return my call but to date no one has. Note that all the calls made have been recorded.
You have been duly informed of my intention to report the matter to Law Society, CPF and the Ombudsman seeing that you have been given ample time (21 working days) to have the trace alert removed.
Should no feedback and confirmation be received i will approach the necessary forums mentioned above.
The service from your contact center is pathetic and have no sense of interest in the consumer of which i will inform all family, friends, relatives and colleagues of SSDA and their service standards. Being in the contact center industry you should take more pride in ensuring you reach standards that exceed the quality in the industry.
Await feedback from a senior manager.
