Total confusion! I just need to make a payment!! But to whom?

I want to buy myself a new car. But my application was declined, because of Shapiro Shaik & associates being on my credit record for the amount of R197. I contacted them to get the bank account details I need to make a payment to. They then told me that my account was closed on their side and that it was handed over to Pienaar, Sithole attorneys.

I contacted Pienaar Sithole regarding my account and they told me that the account was closed on their side as well. I then went to the Sportscene shop, they then phoned the Foschini Group Customer Care. They told me that my account is with Shapiro Shaik and that I must phone them. They gave me another number to phone. And there I was back at square 1, at Shapiro Shaik. With the same story, that I must phone Pienaar Sithole, cause the account was handed over to them.

I just need to pay the outstanding amount and get a settlement letter. Is that so difficult to pay someone else the money that needs to be paid?

This is a very URGENT matter. I need to get that letter ASAP so that I can take it to the dealership I app**** at. This can even cost me my job at the end of the day. I've been making calls since 7 am and still at square 1.

I was advised by the Credit Bureau that I should report this to the NCR! I don't have time for this nonsense!!! Pleeeaaaassseeee tell me how to resolve this matter asap?
