THROWS THE PHONE DOWN IN PEOPLE'S FACES

You people have a bad attitude and need to sort this out. The more bad attitude you have, the less owing people are going to respond to you. The phone has been thrown down in my face 4 times this morning and when I want to speak to the supervisor I get all different numbers. Get your act together and make contact with me immediately. <br> I have never in my life dealt with such rude *********** people in my entire life. Please note.....the calls are recorded you say yet the same staff is still operating there!!!!!. Obviously the company does not care about their name.....sad but true.<br> Call centers have only been set up so the responsible people can hide behind these rude ones. I want a supervisor to contact me WITHOUT PASSING THE BUCK TO A CALL CENTER AGENT. They are useless.<br> Awaiting a reply to this.
