This Company must be reported. Bad business practice.

This Company really thinks is above the law, when you don't pay they will harass you with calls and sms. You start paying very well they start doing thier own things, to an extent of ignoring emails and not even returning calls. I have waiting for a feedback on my account since last month the 9th. All along they were updating my Payments on Itc and because i only have like 3 months to settle this, they dont. All other payments reflect. I need answers.
